Finn Wittrock, (American Horror Story) will be appearing in The Glass Menagerie on Broadway in spring 2017.  But, prior to that he will be off-Broadway when he join Daniel Craig and David Oyelowo in Othello, directed by Sam Gold. The play will run for a very limited run at New York Theatre Workshop between 22nd November 201 and 18th January 2017. December 12th is expected to be opening night.

Also appearing among the cast will be David Wilson Barnes (Bridge of Spies), Marsha Stephanie Blake (Orange is the New Black), Rachel Brosnahan (House of Cards), Blake DeLong (Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812), Glenn Fitzgerald (Dirty Sexy Money), Slate Holmgren (King Lear), Anthony Michael Lopez (The Penalty), Matthew Maher (The Flick), Nikki Massoud (Zealot) and Kyle Vincent Terry (Robin Hood).

The story of Shakespeare’s Othello looks at jealousy, betrayal, racism and the lure of power. In 2009 Othello was also seen off-Broadway, starring John Ortiz in the leading role, with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman as Iago.
