Alexander O'Neal

We have two additional acts announced and on sale now for Greenwich Music Time at the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich between 30th June and 7th July.

We now have tickets on sale for Alexander O’Neal on 4th July and The Jacksons on 6th July. These are, of course, in addition to Michael Ball and Alfie Boe on 30th June.

All those who love the music of the 80s will be aware of Alexander O’Neal and his music, which includes hits such as Criticize, If You Were Here Tonight and Never Knew Love Like This. He will be headlining at the Greenwich Music Time on American Independence Day.

Since signing their first record deal in 1967, The Jacksons went on to achieve a record with their first four singles to be No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 – this was the first time this achievement had been made.  This was, of course including the late, great Michael Jackson.

During the 1970s they went on to have 17 top 40 singles in the American charts, and 22 top 40 singles on the UK charts. These hits included Never Can Say Goodbye, Can You Feel It and Blame It On The Boogie.

Several of the members of the group went on to have successful individual careers during the 1980s and 1990s.  They did get back together for a series of concerts in 2001, and again in 2012 for their Unity Tour.

Having performed for HM The Queen in 1972, The Jacksons are loved by the UK audiences and they are always pleased to perform in the UK. They are, undoubtedly, one of the most successful pop groups ever, even without the great Michael.

Alexander O’Neal tickets are available from £38.50 and The Jacksons tickets are available from £32.50.

These two great acts, join Little Mix, Cliff Richard and Michael Ball & Alfie Boe for this week-long event, which brings an excellent variety of music to the World Heritage listed Old Royal Naval College, with a capacity of 5,000, so the atmosphere will be truly electric.
