The rumours were correct, and In The Heights will return to London, with details to be announced on 9th July, including venue and dates.
In The Heights portrays a journey into Washington Heights, one of Manhattan’s communities, and was a smash hit with a sell out run at the Southwark Playhouse, and featuring music & lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
In 2008 In The Heights was the winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and in 2009 was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
