Kristin Chenoweth is an American singer and actress who is an Emmy and Tony award winner. Her career includes appearing on TV, in films, voiceovers and the stage. Kristin has awards for her roles in “Pushing Daisies” and “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” and nominations for her originating role as Glinda the Good Witch in “Wicked”. In addition to these successes she is also a “best-seller” author; her “A Little Bit Wicked” debuted on the New York Times Hardcover Non Fiction Best Seller List in 2009.
More recently in 2015 she received a Drama Desk Award, Outer Critics Circle Award and Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for her role in “On The Twentieth Century”. In 2014 she released a CD and DVD of live concert performance, entitled “Kristin Chenoweth: Coming Home”. In 2016 she released her album “The Art of Elegance” which is an album of American Songbook classics and it went on to debut at #1 on Billboard’s Current Jazz and Traditional Jazz charts and also reached number one on Amazon’s Vocal Pop chart.
TV roles include appearances in The West Wing, Disney’s Descendants and The Muppets. Films she has been involved in include Rio 2, The Peanuts Movie, Hard Sell, The Boy Next Door and many more.
On the 20th October, at the London Palladium Kristin will bring her talent and charisma to the stage, with an unforgettable evening of favourite songs, including tracks from her albums, from Broadway and the Great American Songbook.
