For one evening only, on Sunday 30th October, the Theatre Royal Drury Lane brings An Evening with Michael Douglas, which will be an up-close interview with Jonathan Ross. Tickets are now on sale.

Michael Douglas is the actor and producer son of actor Kirk Douglas, married to Catherine Zeta-Jones. Douglas is the winner of numerous awards and accolades, including the Golden Globe Cecil B.DeMille Award for “outstanding contributions to the world of entertainment”.

His first major recognition was probably for his role in the American TV series The Streets of San Francisco – and for this he received 3 Emmy Award nominations. His first Oscar award was received as producer of One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest in 1975.

Douglas left The Streets of San Francisco in 1976 and he then produced films such as The China Syndrome and Romancing the Stone, which won a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture.

Michael Douglas has over 40 years experience in the entertainment arena, including theatre, film and TV, but as well as his achievements in the entertainment industry he is also well known for his humanitarian and political activism.
