The Rose Theatre in Kingston is currently offering a range of shows on sale, including new shows Junkyard and Silver Lining. Other shows at the theatre currently include The Twits and the option of seeing My Brilliant Friend Part 1, My Brilliant Friend Part 2 or the combination of Part 1 and Part 2 together.

Silver Lining is set in the Silver Lining Retirement Home where 5 elderly ladies are happily recounting the stories of their amazing lives – when the storm comes and brings floods they realise that they can no longer rely on the staff at the retirement home – they will have to revert to their previous behaviour and do it themselves! This comedy play stars Sheila Reid, Joanna Monro, Amanda Walker, Rachel Davies and Maggie McCarthy.  Silver Lining is booking from 3rd to 11th February 2017 and tickets start at the low price of £13.

Junkyard is set in 1979; Fiz is 13 and it’s hard being her with no money, a pregnant sister and a Mum who thinks she is a waste of space. Fiz gets involved in the building of a junk playground, but darkness is not far away. Junkyard is a new musical about friendship and standing up for what matters.  Booking from 19th to 30th April, with tickets from £20.
