The news on the street this week is that Tommy Stelle (of Half a Sixpence fame) is to star in a new musical based on the life and times of one of the great “big band”†musicians, Glenn Miller.
The musical production, to be entitled The Glenn Miller Story will feature a 16-piece band and is to be choreographed by Bill Deamer.
We have no further information on the cast as yet, but the show is planned to tour the UK during summer next year, and then do a longer run in the West End.
