Your Tickets:

Standard - Gains you entry to the immersive experience.

Premium - Enjoy exclusive access and storylines, private cloakroom, queue jump, 1 x food token, 2 x drink token.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be upgraded or moved to an alternative date. 

Admission: Visitors will not be admitted to the Event without a valid ticket. Visitors arriving 30 minutes after the advertised show start time may not be admitted. In the interest of safety, the Event Provider reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.

Cancellations: If the Event Provider cancels the Event for reasons related to Covid-19, adverse weather, or other safety risk, we will endeavour to reschedule your ticket, subject to Secret Cinema's standard  Terms and Conditions.

Recording Devices & Payments: Unless indicated otherwise at the Event, visitors’ mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices will be sealed in a bag for the duration of the Event and must not be used at any time. Devices will be confiscated if used at the Event. Visitors must bring alternative means of payment.

Accessibility: Visitors with access requirements may email access@secretcinema.org for assistance with their attendance.

Event Details: Details on the specific location, dress code and exact timing of the Event will be communicated to the ticket buyer and recipients of transferred tickets via email only. The ticket buyer is responsible for passing on these details to all attendees in their party.  Guests are expected to follow the dress code for the event.

Covid-19: The Event Provider reserves the right to update or impose health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time in association with Covid-19.
